Most AI policies are written for lawyers and auditors. Employees don't need that. They need to be able to answer 3 questions on their own, in 10 seconds:

Live walkthrough (mandatory)

A 30-minute team session where you walk through the policy, show real examples ("here's what you can do, here's what you can't, here's why"), and answer questions. Record it for future employees. This session does more for actual compliance than any document.
